I want to delete a sub account

I need an intelligent person to tell me how to delete a sub account off from my primary virginmedia email account. The VM website just keeps sending me round in chuffing circles. I used to be able to administer all of my email addresses under the main account, but it seems that virgin customers can NO LONGER do this. I used to be in the IT industry, so am very well versed in navigating email systems. All I want to do is delete an account that belonged to my daughter, but we have since found out that it has been hacked. It resides under the main email address,... mine. But, as I have explained the the support person via a phone call and whom gave me spurious info as to how to go about deleting said email account. IT DOESNT WORK because I cannot gain access to the main email account admin portal / page. Can someone give me some credible information that will allow me to perform this function.

    winnie63  You don't explain what is stopping you from accessing the My Virgin media account for the primary address.

    You should be able to access it via https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media/home

    Once signed in go to Account Settings> Account details and scroll down to Manage other My Virgin Media accounts.

    That should present you with a list of secondary accounts associated with your primary account.  You should see the option to delete any secondary account that you no longer require.

      Hi Graham. Thank you for your insight. However, Yes, I can get to my main email account settings and have done so on many occasions. It is not this primary account that I want to delete. It is a sub account belonging to my daughter, it was cre8ed well over 20 years ago, which is about as long as we have been with the virgin brand. Back then, I was able to go into their email creation portal and create multiple accounts under the primary one. Mine. This is what I cannot get access to, the sub accounts. I cannot find anyway of accessing these sub accounts to delete them without the risk of deleting mine as well, which I still use as my main email address. So, if you have any further insights, I would be most appreciative of your help. Regards.  winnie63

        When in your main account settings > account details page scroll down to the section Manage Other My Virgin Media accounts and click on the link.  You will then be presented with a list of the secondary accounts with the option to delete them.
