"There's nothing obvious on my Virgin Media account home page."
The relevant section that you meed to access is not on the home page:
- Sign into your main My Virgin Media account (where you can view the details of your VM bill)
- Click on "Account settings" and then "My Virgin Media account details"
- Then click on "Manage other My Virgin Media accounts" below the "Security and Sign in" section
If this Blueyonder account is listed there should be an option to delete it on the right hand side.
If it's not listed it means that this Blueyonder account was set up under another VM broadband account rather than your current one and therefore it can only be deleted by VM.
