I have a VM package yet still received the virgin.net email closure message. What do i do?

How do I prevent the loss of this ?

  • If you have a current VM broadband account, a VM person will pick this up and offer to help.

      As I said in my initial post, I have a VM package.

      Covers broadband, TV, landline and mobile!
