I cant set up my NTLworld email address on my new Iphone

I have a new I phone and it wont allow me to set up my ntl emails on it. I have the APP password that I have used on other devices & my old I phone. The emails are working on my P.C, tablet and are also still working on the old I phone using that app password.

old I phone was a I phone 6 OS 12 new I phone is a I phone 12 os 18.  I have tried to set it up by WIFI and using mobile data in case it was a router issue.
