How to recover blueyonder email address

I cant use virgin media app as I don't know the blueyonder email address it was set up well over 20 years ago..when I've tried to recover it the response you get back doesn't give you all of the address.

Also the original account I'm linked to was once in an ex husband name till I took it over but the address obviously remained, have been a virgin media customer for decades..I've got no way of knowing the original information. No one at Virgin Media has so far been able to help....
