Hi,
I have two ntlworld email accounts that we have been using for around 20 years which we've recently lost access to. I have a virgin media broadband account but realised the emails were linked with a previous account which closed. How can I get my email addresses associated with my currently active account?

We would need to raise a ticket with IT to get the mailboxes moved over (providing they haven't been permanently terminated.) Let's take a closer look and get this raised for you via PM.
