How to delete old Blueyonder email addresses

Hello,

It has been some years since I left Virgin Media.  I closed my account at the time so am unable to log in.  Also, I no longer use the @blueyonder email accounts (mine and my husband).  However, the email accounts still appear to be active as we have received messages forwarded to our new email accounts.  How can I get the old email addresses deleted as I am having difficulty contacting Virgin Media directly due to not having an account?  Thanks.

        Hi RusseC03
        Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sorry to hear of your concerns with an older Blueyonder email that has not been deleted within the 90 days we advised it should be after a broadband account is closed.

We can certainly look at raising this request to the IT team for you. Please join me in a private message so I can locate your account and pass the account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon, or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and selecting 'Messages' from the drop-down.

  • This has been logged with the Forum Team.  I have just given information to pass account security.  Hopefully this can be resolved soon.
