How do I delete my blueyonder email account while remaining a virginmedia customer? Can you give me a new virgin media emailn address and delete my old one?

c2michie If the blueyonder email address concerned is the primary email address for your Virgin Media broadband account then it can't be deleted. You should be able to change the sign in username for the VM account to a third party email address and also change the billing email address for the primary account.
Once you have done this you can simply ignore the original blueyonder email address and stop logging into it from any device. Eventually the mailbox associated with the email address should be deleted by VM.
VM stopped issuing new Virginmedia email addresses in 2022 so you won't be able to create one now.
