How do I replace a blueyonder address with an outlook.com one?

I currently log in to Virgin Media using an external address as my VM/O2 ID. When logged in, the email address I am able to access on the account is a blueyonder account. It seems that billing info and other account info is sent to that address, and not to the address associated with my VM/O2 ID.

I do not want my account communications / billing info going to the blueyonder address, as I am currently attempting to move my email off the VM server. 

How do I replace the blueyonder address with either..

The email address I use to sign in, or..

Some other external email address?

    higgsboson. You should be able to do this by changing the contact email address under the "Marketting and contact preferences" section under Account Settings via the MyVM account.
