Help with Telewest Blueyonder email. Hackers have taken over my blueyonder email, changed the password
Hackers have taken over my blueyonder email I had from Telewest can you help either changing the password or shutting down the email altogether

Sorry to hear of the email issue. Normally at this stage we'd provide this link https://www.virginmedia.com/help/security/why-is-my-virgin-media-email-hacked which does normally help but as you've enquired about us shutting it down, I'll go ahead and send you a PM.
Hello John, thanks for replying, the link and everything else I have tried requires you to sign in to Virgin Media. I can't do this as I never had a Virgin account, it was only with Telewest. How are you going to send me a PM?
