Help with ntlworld emails required

Can someone from support please get in touch, I want to try and access some old ntlworld emails which i've been unable to access for months. Just need the account unblocking and a new password setting. 

the last time I tried it took hours and the advice given still didn't work.

    Are you still a paying VM Broadband customer?  This is important to know.  If you are no longer a customer, the mailbox may be deleted.

    btw I am able to log onto virgin media, but that's using a gmail address which i was told recently i wouldn't be able to use anymore?
