Help with NTLWORLD email

Hi,

I have an old Ntlworld email that should have been shut down when I left VM but hasn’t.

its been hacked and I can’t change the password as I can’t log in anymore.

 

can someone help me with closing the account please.

      This is a Community Forum so most of the first responders are VM customers not VM staff. However, one of the Forum Team (VM staff) will contact you via this thread hopefully tomorrow.

      They deal with posts in the order they are received so it takes time but they will contact you and take the details via the Forum's Private Message (DM) function. They will be able to arrange for the account to be fully deleted for you.
