Help needed to reset my mum's email password

Hi,

I need help to reset my mum's password for her email account, having brought her a new tablet i need to get her emails setup but for the life of me i can't remember what i set the password to, and seem to be having issues trying to reset it, its asking for her DOB which i know i have entered correctly, her email address which i also know i have entered correctly, but then it asks for a security question which i thought i had entered correct but apparently not :(.

    VM Mods will need to speak to the account holder.  Usually this will be done via PM to them.

    Can someone please help me out with this, i just seem to be getting passed around from pillar to post, first someone tells me i can't do this and that my mum has to be the one to get in touch, then my mum gets told she can't do it because she is not the account holder so get back in touch as i am the account holder only to be told once again that my mum has to do this. PLEASE HELP ME
