Is this email account linked to a live Virgin Media broadband account? If not, then one of the Forum Team (VM staff who support this forum can arrange for the account to be deleted for you.
If the email account is the primary VM email account of a live broadband account then it cannot be deleted - not even by VM.
However if it is only a secondary email account on a live broadband account it can be deleted by:
- signing into the main My VirginMedia account https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media (the one where you can view the VM bills)
- going to "Account settings", and then to "My Virginmedia Account details"
- Scroll down and click on "Manage other Virgin Media accounts"
- You should then see the secondary email account listed along with the option to delete it

So, how are you receiving these emails? Do you have that address set up on devices of yours? If so then just remove it, let it collect all the spam in the world, you just won't ever see it.
Or do you have a forwarder set up?
