Former customer, removal of old ntlworld accounts

Hello, i haven't been a customer of Virgin Media for a while but still had some old subscriptions using the ntlworld.com email domain so i left it. It now looks like it's been hacked as i'm receiving lots of spam emails.

Please could someone from the community team reach out to help me get them deleted?

    Hi Shaun,

    Thanks for getting in touch, we can definitely help you with this.

    When a former customer’s ntlworld.com email address starts receiving large amounts of spam, it’s often a sign that the mailbox is no longer secure. Since you're no longer an active Virgin Media customer, the account should have been closed automatically, but sometimes older legacy mailboxes remain active until they’re manually removed.
