Forgotten password, Reset email doesn't arrive.

Hi,

We are helping our mother manage her account online and email a form today which meant we were able to get her email details changed to a live account she has access to with the plan we now go through the forgotten password process, however, the emails NEVER arrive.

Can one of the mods please reach out so we can sort it out?
