Forgot POP and IMAP Account Settings Password

Hi All - Heading says it all. Setting up existing email on new PC but have forgotten the Account Settings Password.

It's an ancient @blueyonder account and would like to keep old PC email up and running for the time being until new PC has 'settled in'.

Please, as simple as possible, I'm a bit thick:-).  How do I change the password?  Info re change, to this site or by email.  My hearing's rubbish so ringing someone is unfortunately not an option.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Visited a local Pyramid and there, hidden amongst the various gold artefacts was THE Password.  Didn't bother with the gold.... after the time wasted on setting up various aspects of this new PC the Password was more valuable!
