Forbidden message on webmail

My webmail has stopped working - I just see the "Forbidden" message when I try to view it.

My email apps on my phone and desktop are still working, but I need to look at webmail to check the spam folder, as quite often perfectly legitimate emails end up in spam. 

I changed both the webmail password and the app password last week after email problems, so I don't think it can be a case of needing to change them again.

Any suggestions?

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue accessing Webmail via My VM. Usually, this error appears when the mail account has been locked. The only way to unlock it is to generate a new app password. This automatically unlocks the account within 2 hours. 

    Please do the app password again but ensure you're signing in to the My VM account that the email is attached too 😊
