Emails not received

My bowls club are sending me emails and I'm not receiving them. They are not in spam either. My club reports they get an undelivered message back there is a Virgin Media server error. My club use a BTCONNECT email address. What's going on its driving me crazy not the mention the stress.

  • Give the club admin a different email address for now (Gmail, Outlook etc). They take about 5 minutes to set up if you haven't yet got one. Then ask the admin to forward you the "undeliverable" bounce emails and post them here (blanking out your email address).
