emails not arriving??
so, today, not able to access emails from the webpage?
Using Outlook, they are there in my inbox, yet on the VM site... nothing since yesterday.
Once again, VM mail not fit for purpose.

You're right of course. It isn't.
Email is fine just a nuisance for VM, so they would be glad for the last few users to leave.
Hi HughJarsse
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sorry to hear of your concerns with accessing our web mail.
Are you able to advise what error message you're seeing when you try to access your email from your Virgin Media online account?
No message Carley,
Can log into the account, and into email, but it doesn't show any new emails from Sunday evening onwards, just the ones up until 9pm Sunday.
Outlook shows several new ones, that haven't appeared in the VM mail.
Nothing settings wise has changed, just stopped updating for some reason.
Are you using Outlook as a POP3 client or as an IMAP client ?
Set as imap, as has always been.
That’s a mystery.
The new emails must still be in your VM webmail inbox – if they weren’t Outlook’s IMAP protocol would have deleted them from your Outlook inbox.
If I had that problem, the first thing I’d check is the “Sort” settings in the VM webmail account.
For example if somehow the “Unread” setting has been ticked, then all new messages coming into the webmail inbox would appear at the bottom of the list rather than the top.
The usual settings are “Date” and “Descending” as above.
If that's not the answer, then at the moment I am not sure what to suggest but post back and I’ll think again.

sort currently as its always been set, ie 'Date', & 'Descending', as per your screenshot. checked previously just to be sure, and again now.
VM useless, as usual. Thankfully I can access using Outlook, otherwise, stuffed!!
And, a week later.....
No replies, as assume VN not interested.
Apparently there are others suffering the same problem, yet...
Nothing from VM in any shape or form.
Basically, not interested, and staff hope we will just 'fade away' and leave the staff in peace!!
