Emails - problems after password reset

Suddenly can get emails... after trying to reset password it won't send to my other email account.contacted 150 3x no luck they say they can't get into my account this is my business email what can I do.  Help please..

  • Hi please help have called 150 3x no help... can't get to my emails. Password not working suddenly over a week now,the system won't send a forgotten password link to my other email address

      Assuming that by "my other email address" you mean the non Virgin Media email address that you have already set up as the username for your VM email account then the way to reset your password is:

      • Sign into the My Virgin Media account (MVM) using the non VM email account as the username and the existing email password. You can do that from here https://www.virginmedia.com/my-virgin-media 
      • Once signed in click on Account settings  then click on My Virginmedia Account details
      • Then click on Edit to the right of "Password"
      • Once you have received the verification email in your non VM email account and entered the verification code into the MVM screen it will take you to a screen to reset your password.

    Virginmedia don't do emails for business.
