Email won’t send from mobile devices

Hi around 4 months ago my mail stopped sending from any devices, can only send mail online. I receive mail  on mobile devices but can’t send which is annoying. I’ve deleted and re loaded account also created new account but still won’t send email.

any ideas on how to cure this?

      Thanks both but whatever changes I make this is what I get. I receive emails fine but for some reason just stopped sending one day. I am

      on the old Ntlworld email that’s how long I’ve had my email account

        Sorry to hear you're having issues with your emails at this time. 

        Did the steps advised in the links goslow and jpeg1 kindly provided help resolve your issue?

    You need to use all of the settings I posted in the link above. The pop server is pop3.virginmedia.com

    As well as updating the server settings you may also need to go through the process of getting an app password as per jpeg1 above
