Email query
How do I ask a NEW question in this forum ?? I can't see an icon or any way to do it. Help, please !!
I'm resorting to posting in this old post, because I cannot see how to ask a NEW question.

It looks like you now need to drill in through the folder structure first eg broadband / speed and once in speed you can post a new speed post as an example.
OK, thanks, Cardiffman282. I've only just seen your reply, because, for some strange reason, Virgin is marking emails from this forum as Spam !! so it wasn't delivered to my laptop.
