email locked and can use. forbidden appears

i have 2 tickets already open for this, its happened before, temp resolved but has happened again

all the resets dont work, still the same thing

im considering changing my supplier as i need the emails to work because they are attached to bills, important work etc.

help

  • i also have this issue and i cannot get into my email account, it contains all my work stuff and i need to access asap.  i have had 2 tickets raised so far and no solutuion

    i am considering canceling my account

    You don't have to move ISP, but you can move your email to a non ISP tied mail service, e.g. Outlook, Gmail etc.  Just archive off the mailbox and setup a forwarder to your new mailbox.

    Do you have a paying account with VM for Broadband? 

    Are you using Webmail to access? 

    Have you setup the new VMO2ID user account?

      i have tv and broadband with VM yes,

      i have been using the virginmedia.com email adress i was given, now im locked out, says forbidden when im trying to access it

      i think i do use webmail ... i just log onto my account via my phone or PC

      the only other thig the Vm team got me to do before was add a second email address just so i could log into my actual email adress systems ?? if that makes any sense

      it was the VM02ID that i had to use another email adress to log onto it, i used to use my virgin media .com email address but now i have to use a 3rd party one (i think thats what they are called) to log in, then it takes me to my emails that are my original virginmedia.com email address, the one i have used for 9 years now 

       

      any ideas Adduxi??
