Email issues on android email

Have a new laptop - set up outlook email - generated the new App password - managed to set up and all working perfect.  In the meantime emails stopped working on android mobile.  Went through same process used the same app password that had been generated but no joy on mobile?  Cleared cache, cookies, restarted phone, uninstalled email app and reinstalled. Generated new app passwords still not working. Unable to work out why it works on Outlook on laptop but not mobile outlook?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks..

    Sorry to hear of the email access issues experienced, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums.

     

    When generating an app password, this should then be used across all mobile devices using the same details. You wouldn't need to generate one for all devices. There is support here for webmail and here for settings.

      I did use the same password for all.  Think there was an issue with mobile apps as whole family had problems.  After trying on consecutive days 3 days later everything worked for all of us
