Email help needed
hi, I have recently had computer failure and now have new pc, the problem is when I try to ad my Virgin media Email to outlook it says there was "a problem". now I no longer have access to the third party E mail used for authentication for password changes ect and my password is not recognised for the my virgin media page on my pc but I can access it on my Android tablet that uses Biometrics to sign in, but I can find no option to change passwords or such that doesn't require a pass code sent to the address that I no longer have access to.
Is there any way forward?
