Email forwarding
Is there anyway of forwarding my ntlworld emails to another account as in when someone emails me in my ntlworld account it forwards straight to my other email account if you get what I mean thanks.

Try this.
Log into the email account on your VM account.
On the home page, top right hand corner there are 4 icons. (1) the refresh circular arrows, (2) the question mark for queries (3) the 'cog wheel' (this is the 'settings') Click on this, and a screen opens with list of settings on the left. 4th line down is marked 'E-mail'
Click on the arrow at the left side of the email wording, this brings up a page with 3 headings, (1) Vacation notice' (2) Auto Forward. This is the one you want. Click on this icon, and a popup box appears with the following dialogue box'
Fill in the forwarding address for your mail and 'apply changes'. This should solve your problem.
