email forbidden message

Im getting the dreaded email forbidden message when I try to access my emails on the Virgin app

Is there a fix to this someway - I tried leasing with the faults team for 90 mins yesterday and the issue is still not fixed - there was outages in my area yesterday but unsure if this is related
