Email being cancelled
I have had a VM package for many years and recently had an email stating that my email account will be closed as I am no longer has Virgin Media services, which I obviously do. I somehow got through on the online chat and was told that it was VM’s fault and all was sorted and given a whole £10 for the stress and worry. I have now had a second email saying my email account will close in 15 days. I can see that lots of other people have posted with the same problem. Dealing with this problem is beyond me at my grand age of 80 and is really causing me concern. Can someone please help.
