My Instagram is linked to my ntlworld / Virgin email.
I have not been able to get emails for verification codes for a week.
Other users have had this issue, why is this not being resolved?

Before you say check spam - I have no emails in the spam
Check email filters - I have 0 filters and rules
Check the blocked email list - no emails have been blocked.
I am revieving other emails fine.
Such as emails from twitch.tv
and I sent an email from my google email to check. That is also fine
From my experience Instagram is the only social media I have linked and that I have noticed.
It seems to be Instagram verification emails/ anything from them.
prior to 30/06/20 I was getting weekly or so emails.
Since that date I have not received any emails

You mentioned that you were receiving weekly emails prior to June 2020, but you've also mentioned that you've been receiving emails from other sources without any issues. Do you mean that you were receiving weekly emails from Instagram specifically prior to this date before they stopped?
You also mentioned that you were receiving emails until June this year, are you referring to a different issue or did you mean this year in your original post?
I was getting weekly emails from Instagram. till June 2024 (This year) then they have stopped without me changing emails on Instagram and with my email still being the same.
When researching this issue I saw others had issues getting Instagram emails to virgin emails.
Can you check the whitelist?
<no-reply@mail.instagram.com> - this is the email I assume they use.
However I cannot be sure.
