Difficulty with blueyonder email on Ipad

Sorry to be a pest again.  The issues with getting my blueyonder email on my phoe are resolved.

Now I cannot access either my blueyonder.co.uk email or my virginmedia.com email on my ipad.  I got a new app password ready and followed the steps to set it on the ipad up as directed on the Virginmedia website.  I changed the settings in the app account SMTP and IMAP addresses from imap4.blueyonder.co.uk to imap.virginmedia.com and smtp.blueyonder.co.uk to smtp.virginmedia.com put in my email and passwords as the website says.  But the ipad mail app did not give the option of using the 4 word app password.  So it cannot connect.

How do I resolve this?

    dadlamassu1​ The ipad mail app should have a field to enter the username and password for each email account.  You need to use the full blueyonder or virginmedia email address as the username and the relevant generated four word app password for each email address.
