I cancelled my Virgin Media account about a 6 or 7 years ago. I thought the email address linked to the account would automatically disappear but it is still operational.
Please let me know how I can go about deleting the email account and also one linked to my mum.

We can look at deleting the email we can only cancel one which you was the account holder of any other 3rd party one we would need to speak to them directly.
