The Forum Team (VM staff who support this forum) should be able to arrange that for you. One of them will be contacting you via this thread in the next day or so.
Just a tip - when they advise you that the deletion has been completed I would suggest that you test that by sending a test email to each of the BY addresses. You should get a delivery failure message back and that will confirm the account has been fully deleted.
The reason I suggest that is that sometimes it seems that the VM deletion process stalls. It removes access to the email account via the VM webmail service but leaves the mailbox itself still accessible to email apps such as Outlook. A delivery failure message confirms that the mailbox itself has been deleted.
