I cancelled my Virgin Media account in November 2020. My email accounts, which are all @ntlworld accounts should have been deleted after 90 days but they are all still active and 1 has been hacked and is sending out spam messages from what appears to be my account. As I'm no longer a customer, how can I get all of my @ntlworld accounts deleted when I no longer have a Virgin Media login?
Im a member of virgin media and have 2 ntlworld accounts that just attract spam and want to delete them…followed googles answer but I can’t get far as it keeps asking me to link my O2 account…i dont have an O2 account…any ideas

We're sorry to hear you're wanting to delete some email addresses. This is something that would need to be done by our IT Team. We can raise a ticket to get this done. It is worth noting that if one of the email addresses is a Primary account, then this cannot be deleted. Only secondary email addresses can be deleted.

I'd like to delete 3 ntlworld email accounts , but not sure how to do it
Don’t want to be the bearer of bad news but my ntlworld was hacked last year, emails accessed, eventually got my old e mail shut down took 6 months and god knows what was accessed.
