My old unused Blueyonder (from when Virgin was Telewest) account gets a large number of Spam emails every day, but I cannot find a way to delete it (or even find it on the Virgin Media site). I use a different email provider and my account login reflects that.
We also have a Second email account in my wife's name that's not longer in use I really want to delete these accounts.
How do I go about it

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with deleting your old email address. From your post, it sounds as though you're an existing customer so we may not be able to delete the email.
