Like many on here I have a virgin.net email address I have had for many years as well as a current virgin broadband account. How do I get in contact with Virgin Media to attempt to link my email account to my broadband account or is this not possible

but you need to discuss your individual details with a VM forum person. One should reply to your topic within a few days.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
We are sending these email closure notifications as either a) the email/emails are not listed on any account and should have closed years ago, and subsequently the move to the single sign on, is now enforcing a closure. Or b) they at one stage were not listed on any active account.
