Closing down my virgin.net emails despite having active broadband

I have the same problem. I must have had my email for 30 years and I still have a virgin account, despite the expense, because of my virgin.net email. This has come at a terrible time for me. 6 weeks ago my daughter was in a catastrophic accident and she now has a severe brain injury. I need to be with her in hospital which means I'm not near my computer. All the support we are getting, if not on WhatsApp is coming via this email account. It's adding insult to tragedy.

  • I have also been told that I am losing my virgin.net email address although I've had an account with virgin since they were ntlworld.com. In fact my original email address was that with ntlworld.com although that was ended sometime in the last decade and the account is, I believe, linked to my virgin.net one. 

    I'm presently spending my days in hospital with my daughter who was hit by a car and has a severe brain injury. I really really don't need to lose the email that I use to connect to everything I do.
