Closing down my virgin.net emails despite having active broadband
I have the same problem. I must have had my email for 30 years and I still have a virgin account, despite the expense, because of my virgin.net email. This has come at a terrible time for me. 6 weeks ago my daughter was in a catastrophic accident and she now has a severe brain injury. I need to be with her in hospital which means I'm not near my computer. All the support we are getting, if not on WhatsApp is coming via this email account. It's adding insult to tragedy.
