CCTV Email help!
Hi, I just bought a Swann CCTV system and before I call their support line I would like to ask some questions, everything is working just fine, it's just this frustrating email configuration in the Swann software that's making me pull out my hair! Any help would be great!! It's not the best picture, but I think you can see the image well enough 😉 On the left I have a blue Email tickbox, going down, the Encryption dropdown (SSL, TLS, and Disable)I did try all three. SMTP: The default is 00587, but I tried 00993, you have to input all 5 digits. SMTP Server: smpt.virginmedia.com? Not sure if that is correct! Username and Password: I used the same as I signed into "My Virgin Media Email" The Sender: is the DVR Box 4-4680 and Receiver 1: is my email. I keep getting the Error Box to show up each time I input a new field
So, can someone help, please? Have I inputted the wrong info? What would it be if I had? Thank you 🙂
