As mentioned by Graham_A is this email tied to an active account? What error do you get when trying to access it on a desktop? Do you have issues when trying to send/receive emails too?

Hi Akua
I can access old emails and haven't received any error messages but since 6 July I have not received any new messages and cannot send emails either from desktop. I know I have had emails as browser on phone shows them. It is a blue yonder account.

I have had the blueyonder account for many years and never had a problem before. However, noticed that last email received was on 6 July and none received since. Tried sending one and did not go. Not sure what to do next really.

I access the blueyonder account through outlook which been doing for many years.
