Can't log on to VM email or o2

I have been unable to access my email and o2 accounts since yesterday morning. I put in my email address on the new login screen, press next and then get a message to contact the team and mention IDF-12B. I have done this twice by ringing 202 on my mobile. The first time I was told it would be fixed by 7am today. When it wasn't, I phoned again and was told I will get an email! Fortunately I can get email on my android mobile but not on my home computer. Help please! Can you 'raise a ticket for me?

  • This will not help. But just so you know I have had a very similar problem. Mine is the opposite to yours. I can access my email via my PC but not my Android phone. Spent ages trying to explain to Customer Services. They did not understand what the reference IDF-12B meant. Just told me to go through the website and reset my password again. I did all that 8 hours ago and this caused the problem in the first place. It is clearly something to do with the changes to the log in screen which started three days ago. After 42 minutes on the phone, I got them to raise a ticket. Said it would take 3 to 5 days to resolve!
