Can't log on to my emails

Apologies if this has been repeated many times. Spoke to a Virgin agent two days ago and he explained that it is a national problem which would be fixed next day.

I still can't log on. when I enter my email address I am sent a link to my emails. I can't pick this up as I can't log on to my emails!

While reading the previous posts I noticed a message regarding a new system we were all supposed to use from last Monday. Is this where I am going wrong? I don't recall seeing a message from Virgin.

Can somebody please help.

    There was no notification from VM.  From Monday all users now need to setup a new VMO2ID user account to access My VM and Webmail.

    As mentioned you do need to set up a VMO2ID, did you manage to do this at all?
