cant log in

for over a week now have not been able to log in to email account or virgin media.

 it tells me my account number is wrong,and keeps going round in circles when trying to log in to email.

it goes to the back up email which when you click it ,it goes back to the log in page and you start again.

 been told via virgin online help that they will sort it but as usual nothing happens.

been a virgin customer for over 10 years and get treated like a fool.

    been waiting over a week now for the same email problems.

    All i get it lies and mistruths, they blame everything i have pc, phone tablet,

    but wont admit its a problem with them.

    been told to try this several times over the last week and it DOES NOT WORK.

    50 odd thousand customers in the last month have done one,i just might join them.

      Thanks for coming back here. 

      I've just replied to your thread here: cant log in

      Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

      Have a look at my reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.

    had all of the same problems listed above,get lied to constantly by vm staff,loads of promises of fixes the never happen.50 odd thousand have shifted to new internet providers for a reason.

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with logging in to your account. Checking things here, we can see you've spoken to the team and they have raised this to the IT Teams. 

    We'll need to leave this with them as they are the best team to get things sorted. They'll attempt to resolve things remotely, however if they need further information, they'll be in touch with you directly.

    just got in touch with these people and need to make sure i do it correct,any advise on next steps please.

      cant submit a online complaint as i cant log on,no one at virgin seems to know haw to answer a phone.
