Can't log in to email

I'm having the same issue, VM have changed a working system to a different way of logging in without any warning, I don't know why I have stayed with them for as long as I have.

 

I am able to use MS outlook and the email app on my phone but not the web mail through my laptop.

    1059​ When you try and access your emails through mail.virginmedia.com what error message do you get?  Remember that to access VM webmail you need to enter the username for the email address concerned (this may be the actual email address or it could be a third party email address depending on your VMO2ID for the account concerned), together with the account password.

    If you can access the email via an email client such as MS Outlook but not via VM webmail it may indicate that your account is 'orphaned', that is not connected to a current VM broadband account.
