Can't get into my Blueyonder email account on the VM website
I can sign into My Virgin Media OK, but when I try to access my email, since Friday night, I have just got a page with '127.0.0.1 refused to connect'. This happens whether I try to access it via VM internet from my computer or via 4G from my phone. I rang up the VM helpdesk yesterday. The woman told me there are intermittent TV and internet problems in my area, and seemed to suggest there are website problems as well. Anyone any idea what's going on and what I can do about it? Thanks
