Can't Find How To Create App Password
Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help? I'm unable to login to my virginmedia.com email account, as for some reason the link no longer works in My Virgin Media -> Quick Links -> Virgin Media Mail (error 404 Invalid Credentials). I've spoken to someone in the VM team and been told to wait 3-5 working days, however that has come and gone with no update.
I've been searching for ways to fix it myself, and noticed that other people with a similar issue have managed to change the app password by going into Account Settings -> Identity & Security Settings -> Manage your products -> and then creating a new app password. Unfortunately, this option doesn't appear for me.
If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.
