Can't access ntlworld email
Have been repeatedly and increasingly getting problems accessing my ntl world email account. Problems occur via iphone/ ipad app online through chrome or any other browser. Via Iphone and ipad I get A spinning wheel and no updates. Online I get a message saying connection timed out.
Yesterday I had a long and very frustrating conversation with the so called help desk. I changed all my passwords and set my Virgin Media account email for login to my Gmail account. My email access was briefly restored but lo and behold when trying to log on to day it failed completely again. At the moment I can't find the right place to change my email password to see if doing so will again magically restore my email access.
I've set up Mozilla and created a new app password but when I enter these details Mozilla tells me the details are wrong, as does my app on iphone Etcetera.
The only reason I am still with Virgin Media is because I have my email accounts with them. Without my email accounts It's pointless me having Virgin Media as I could get a much cheaper cheaper and probably more reliable internet connexion through BT.
I am disabled and depend on my email to make contact with people. Please can somebody help.
