Can't access my Blueyonder. Need help...

I haven't been able to access my Blueyonder for the last 3 days. I tried logging in as usual on the email app on VirginMedia. But this time it says:
"The provided password for the e-mail address <email address> is incorrect.
I used the same old password, yet now, it no longer works. And there is no option in the app such as "Forgot your password?" (Blueyonder is no longer its own website with a login page. Instead, it is accessed through the email app on Virgin Media, where there is NO option for "Forgot your password?")
I believe this may have something to do with the merger of Virgin Media with O2, and whatever subsequent data migration of email accounts that might have taken place. I need someone here with access to the backend to sort out this problem for me. Obviously, my account was not migrated seamlessly, because I am currently unable to access it.
I really need access to my email. Please help. We can communicate through PMs on this forum to resolve this issue.
