cannot send emails

i have several emails, ntl ones

i have suddenly started getting an error message that says it cannot send on the ntl server

no settings, password have been changed recently its just started happening on all devices

i have checked on the blacklist and that all looks ok

i recently had an email from virgin to say my account was blocked but i checked and virgin said it wasn't genuine

im not good with these things, to explanations/help in plain english will greatly help please

    Are these NTL mailboxes linked to a paying broadband account?  If they are, did you setup the now mandatory VMO2ID accounts for each one?

  • I'm getting the same problem.  I see from one reply that we need to set up separate VMO2ID accounts for each email address.

      FrattonU59​  Each VM email address has separate log in credentials and this has been the case for some years.  When you first sign into the account after the recent changes (mid July) you will be prompted to convert the My VM sign in credentials to a VMO2ID.  Just enter the current username for the My VM account concerned and follow the on screen steps to convert to the new ID.

    As above, the old "Primary" and "Secondary" mailbox setup is long gone.  You can no longer manage multiple mailboxes as the "Primary" mailbox account.  Every mailbox is now a separate VMO2ID ...
