Cannot log into one of my ntlworld accounts

I maybe logged into this less than a month ago, it was fine.  I had the email in a 3rd party app which was working but recently was taking ages too down load emails from said account so I deleted the 3rd party app and end to log into my ntlworld account via virgin media website. I used to log into said account with an email other than the ntlworld one but now when I try it wants me to link my main virgin media account with it?  My primary account which is also a ntlworld account is working fine so dont want to mess with that.    I need access to this secondary account.  Can anyone help please?

      Welcome to the Community Forums. 

      Sorry to hear you're unable to access your email account. 

      Do you currently have an active Virgin Media broadband service with us? If so, are you able to sign into your Virgin Media online account here? You will need to follow the steps to create a Virgin Media O2 ID.  

       

      Any issues with creating a Virgin Media O2 ID from this page? Do any of the steps help from here at all? 

      If not, and you're stuck at the linking part of the sign-in journey for Virgin Media O2 ID, are you able to try the steps here, where we've seen customers using this workaround have been able to link their Virgin Media O2 ID?

      Let us know how you get on with these steps, and if you've any further concerns, please let us know.

        Hello i do have an active VM account.

        I can sign in from my main ntlworld email from the first link you provided.  However, its the other ntlworld email im having problems with. It takes me through the steps of linking but it asks me for an account number and area code which I don't know.  This account i can't access isn't the account with a bill etc.  I guess I need the account details for the account I dont have access to anymore.

         

        I can't find any help from the second link.   When I try the third link you posted, it tells me I cannot use and ntlworld.com email there.

    If you don't want to link your account now, go to your Virgin Media O2 ID and Security settings.

     

     

    My main account is linked so im not sure whats happening
