Cannot access NTLworld email

My neighbour is 88 & cannot access his NTLWorld email. I've been trying to help him.

He's tried to login via VM webmail using his NTLWorld email address, no luck, then tried the password reset but it does not recognise his NTLWorld email address.

He's using an old laptop running Windows 10 & thinks he needs to buy a new one. I'm sure its the login, not the computer thats the problem.

As I said, he's elderly I cant find a way to speak to a real person.

Any guidance would be helpful.

    think it is down again getting " server unreachable " intermittently, really hopeless

    Hi Cat8899,

    Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, we are sorry to hear your Neighbour is having issues accessing his NTL World Email, anything like Email access it would have to be the account holder we speak to, I advise calling us when with the customer so we can clear security and help him further.

        You can call us on either 150 from a Virgin Landline or 0345 454 1111, follow the options for technical support.
